LIABILITY WAIVER I am participating in classes or services at Kickstand, where I will receive instruction in comedy performance, improv, and/or writing. I am aware that this may involve physical exertion and potential injury risks. In consideration of participating in Kickstand classes, I assume full responsibility for any known or unknown risks, injuries, or damages. I waive any claims against Kickstand, its instructor, owner, or leaseholder for injuries sustained during classes, workshops, shows, or events. I also grant permission for the use of my likeness in various media for publications and marketing without compensation.
