This month, MONDO welcomes Portland's own Arlo Indigo!

Arlo Indigo is the moniker of Portland, Oregon songwriter Jeremiah Brunnhoelzl. The name is an allusion to a childhood band mate that started a cult that worshiped John Lennon after he left his hometown of Palmer, Alaska and the color he saw in his mind’s eye while writing the first batch of songs for the then new project.

Doubling down on ‘that mood indigo’, the songs incorporate spacey synthesizers, danceable rhythms and lyrics that might make Ian Curtis raise an eyebrow that in combination create an atmosphere Jeremiah has playfully coined as "thrill-chill."
